class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am Sonntag, den 23.06.2019, wurde Julia Radoske im Rahmen eines Einf\u00fchrungsgottesdienstes in der St. Andreas Kirche offiziell in ihr Amt als\u00a0Jugendreferentin im EC Niedersachsen (Entschieden f\u00fcr Christus) eingef\u00fchrt. Sie wird ihre Arbeit nach dem neuen Jugendarbeitskonzept \u201eJugendarbeit in 4D\u201c gestalten. Die\u00a0deutschlandweit erste Stelle in dieser Form wird durch den \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fonds-missionarische-chancen.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fonds missionarischer Chancen<\/a>\u201c der Hannoverschen Landeskirche gef\u00f6rdert und vom\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ec-jugend.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Deutschen EC-Verband<\/a>\u00a0sowie dem\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohofer-verband.de\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.ohofer-verband.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ohofer Gemeinschaftsverband<\/a>\u00a0mit getragen. Die Stelle wird in Kooperation mit dem\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.evjudi.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kirchenkreis Jugenddienst Harzer Land<\/a>\u00a0und der\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/kg-andreas-badlauterberg.wir-e.de\/aktuelles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kirchgemeinde St. Andreas<\/a>\u00a0durchgef\u00fchrt.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Ziel dieser Pionierstelle ist es, missionarische EC-Jugendarbeit in den Lebenswelten junger Menschen aufzubauen. Daher soll die EC-Pionierin viel Zeit in Beziehungen investieren und dort sein, wo Jugendliche sind: an der Pommesbude, an der Eisdiele, auf dem Skaterpark, in der
